Landings Real Estate Group is searching for a reliable maintenance technician assistant to join our team of skilled professionals at our multi-family apartment community located in Jacksonville, FL. The Maintenance Technician Assistant is responsible for performing various general maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the appearance and value of the community. Job Duties: • Power wash buildings, fences and other community amenities as to maintain the curb appeal of the community. • Assist with interior and exterior painting projects. • Assist with various exterior preventative maintenance projects. • Assist with grounds cleaning as needed. • Assist with townhome and apartment cleaning as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications: • Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. Additional Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read, write and understand English. • Must have a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance. • Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
