Field Coordinator/ Warranty Manager This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join Bold Construction as a Field Coordinator/Warranty Manager. The ideal candidate is a reliable, diligent, and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who possesses technical knowledge and strong general repair skills in construction. Field Coordinator Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks involving physical labor at construction sites Work and assist with a variety of construction tasks such as operating tools, cleaning job sites, addressing, punch list items, and identifying and reporting issues and/or the need for major repairs Assist with miscellaneous general construction areas and trades, including but not limited to, framing, painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, and flooring Facilitate material check in counts Manage storage building materials and tools inventories Follow construction practices, procedures, and techniques in line with company core values and quality standards Manage time and resources effectively, multitasking and prioritizing to meet established goals and deadlines while maintaining quality control Warranty Performance or supervision of all warranty repairs Keep clients happy Construction inspections per BT schedule BuilderTrend Entry Perform Quality Inspections Perform client New Home Orientations Quickly address all warranty claims and facilitate repairs ASAP Expectations Meet or exceed job description requirements Assess and address problems head on Meet every sub and leadman onsite before their phase of warranty work begins - review plans, drawings, SOW to insure all are on same page Solid and accurate communication with Office Manager regarding scheduling and warranty completion timelines Manage emails, use to-do list and calendar Be organized and utilize training and tools provided by management Walk every house, every room, every day with a client's eye and note items on punch list - Then correct them ASAP Set aside a specific time of day to follow up with vendors/ subs Set aside a specific time of day to execute online task requirements Determine 2 possible solutions or answers to all issues or questions before escalating Create and maintain great working relationships with subcontractors and vendors Reply to all email correspondence Create a written checklist and protocol for performing Quality Inspections Create a written checklist and protocol for performing client New Home Orientations Work with leadership team to create a written warranty manual for client Qualifications Strong handyman and carpentry skills with proven attention to detail Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Dependable, teachable, and hardworking Customer-centric and eager to consistently perform quality work Good physical stamina with ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Proven experience as a general laborer in the construction industry preferably in new construction High school degree and 2+ years experience as a skilled laborer in construction Must pass a background check, drug test and possess a current valid driver's license We seek an individual who is interested in growing with our company; only applicants seeking long-term employment need apply.
