Position Location: Morristown/Russellville, TN - exit 15, I-81 Location is a key factor. Applicants must live within reasonable distance to be considered. Position Hours: Monday - Friday & Weekends (hours may vary & are subject to change depending on season and workload) Compensation/Benefits: Compensation is TBD. Full benefits package available (medical/vision/dental/life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, etc.) Position Requirements: Age Minimum: 21 Years Old Experience Minimum: 2 Years Must possess a current & valid drivers license (Class A CDL preferred but not required) Must have a reliable means of transportation Must be legal to work in the United States Must submit to Pre Emp/Random Drug/Alc Tests Must allow MVR/Criminal Background Checks Must be reliable & dependable Expectations & Responsibilities: Commercial Vehicle Experience: Must be able to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (10 speed and/or Automatic), Must be willing/able to shuttle CMVs as needed (local shuttles only as needed), Must be available on weekends to help perform general maintenance on CMVs (DEF trucks, Assist w/ shuttles, Drop/Hook, etc.) Livestock Care: General knowledge about cattle, Feeding, Medicating, Calving, Weaning, Monitoring, Herding Cattle (on horseback & with all-terrain vehicles) Equine Care: general knowledge about horses, stall cleaning/mucking/stripping, bedding, feeding, hay & water, routinely riding/exercising, grooming Additional Responsibilities: Operating Heavy Duty Farm Equipment, Seed and manage the pastures, Weed control, Prep haying equipment, Minor mechanical work on machines, Clean and store equipment, Build and Repair fencing, Maintaining Facilities Qualified Applicants should reply to this ad & include a resume (or background/experience info) & contact information to be considered.
