Looking for a individual for our Maintenance/ Landscape install team. This is an entry level position for an individual who will work primarily in collaboration with the owner/ foreman in an outside environment and occasional inside if necessary. Tasks include but are not limited to; mowing, edging,raking,pruning,property clean ups, moving or applying materials(such as mulch or gravel)and sprinkler installation/maintenance. Knowledge and Skills: Must possess good organizational skills. Ability to use logical thinking to solve problems. Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently. Ability to inspect properties to make normal decisions based on direction from supervisors. Need to be able to operate a motor vehicle and standard equipment listed above. License Requirement: Need to have a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy physical labor. May be required to work in an environment that includes such activities as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. May need to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. frequently. Working Conditions: Work primarily outdoors.
