I own a bunch of apartment rental units in the Lehigh Valley. I need a good handyman that I can depend on. This in not a steady job just as needed when we have move outs, new purchases or general maintenance for the apartments. You must live in the lehigh valley, have your own transportation (preferred a truck or van), your own tools, good communications, able to work independently, reliable and honest. Experience I need: light electrical, light plumbing, framing, drywall, painting and general maintenance. No Rookies, must have at least 5 years of experience. We pay by the hour (not by the job). $20-$25 per hour depending on experience and time with us. When replying please tell me about your experience.
