Seeking a part-time Position to assist AirBnB Owner/Operator. Skills Required: Some Demolition (have a lot of it done already) Framing Floating Real Wood Floor Install Carpet DeInstall/ReInstall Dry Wall (One bedroom ceiling, some new drywall where demo is occurring downstairs in living room/dining room area, not much) Painting Some Tile Work to repair some previous construction omissions in a bathroom Some roof repair, will require harness work I'll be doing some minor electrical/plumbing. If you're capable of assisting, great, but not required. Prefer plumbing knowledge over electrical. I've got electrical covered, plumbing experience is more useful. If all goes well, have work at second site later in framing, etc. The right individual is a hard worker, skilled, no BS, not a fly-by-night guy, reliable vehicle, relatively on-time and flexible. Creative and visionary is an added bonus. Easy to speak with. Individual will be required to follow COVID-19 protocols on jobsite. If you don't have the knowledge, the ability to actually think things through (some common sense) and not do something against Code without asking me first is appreciated so we don't create more work fixing the mistake. Starting Pay $20/h. This is a pretty good part-time deal and can work the hours I'm available as few (1-4) or as many (maybe we're doing 40 one week 'cuz you haven't got anything going on and I'm available) as you want. Bonus based on performance may be a factor if we're ahead of schedule and you're a beast. I'm a fair person. Don't be stupid, you'll do just fine.
