FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of general maintenance functions and activities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs. Candidates must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, their own tools and be prepared to be on call for emergency calls after hours and weekends. Company pays for 100% of medical, dental and vision benefits for employees. *Signing bonus of $500.00 at hiring and an additional $1500.00 at the completion of year 1.*
