Seeking full time property and light building maintenance technicians!!! Duties include, but are not limited to emptying exterior trash and recycling receptacles, pressure washing, use of leaf blower, cleaning up trash and debri on property, exterior windows as needed, replacing light bulbs, light patch and paint work, etc. Position 1 Schedule- Sunday through Thursday 6am-2:30pm Position 2 Schedule- Tuesday through Saturday 6am-2:30pm If interested in applying please submit resume or letter of interest via craigslist or you may call or text the number provided to schedule an immediate interview!
