Saw car crash into you I84 to I5 northbound

3/1 at around 8:45am. You in a white wagon, maybe VW, other car a small black 4 door. Saw them tap your bumper when they weren't paying attention to the slow down on the ramp fromI84 to I5 northbound. You tried to get them to exit, but they didn't. I was a couple cars back and saw the whole thing. I got their license plate number if you need it. Also open to other places to post this with more visibility.
