What do political canvassers do? Campaigners knock on doors to contact people personally. Canvassing is you get a list of people on a street with their name and party affiliation (Democrat or Republican) and get them to sign the candidate's petition to get his/her name on the ballot so voters can vote for them. You get paid $200 for every 120 signatures. If interested, please call 412.463.7192. We start all day till dark or at your convenience. You must be registered or get registered to vote as a Democrat or Republican and live in Allegheny County. The person signing must live in Allegheny County and be registered Democrat or Republican-only. You must be 18 or older. You must complete the signatures on or before Monday, March 8th. Paid upon completion of your 120, you will still be paid on the amount obtained.
