Experience is not mandatory - we offer paid training. We need smart, personable, energetic people who love to chat with others. Past work in customer service, sales, and political campaigns is a plus, but not a requirement. Payment $15.00 no experience $16.00 with prior experience $18.00 with one week of work and consistent results $25.00 after two weeks. Petition circulators must combine customer service and listening skills with marketing and political knowledge to persuade people to support a cause or to give information. Petition Circulators usually spend most of their time initiating contact with the public and stand in parking lots, parks, or going door-to-door to connect with people in their target markets. Strong communication and social skills are important. Petition Circulators must keep up with current issues and know what's going on in the news. They must exhibit professionalism when directly engaging with the public. They often must spend a great deal of time on their feet standing or walking door-to-door. Petition Circulators must be familiar enough with the cause that they represent to be able to answer questions confidently, intelligently and accurately. They must also be able to assist voters with properly completing any survey's, forms, or petitions. This is outdoor work during the best time of the Arizona year, You'll need stong communication, customer service skills, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work weekends is also a must.
