VP Maintenance is currently seeking a Full-Time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. We are based in Tempe, but provided a variety of services throughout the Valley. This is a family owned and operated company that has been providing unparalleled service to the commercial market for 19 years. We have a reputation for quality, attention to detail and integrity. Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver license and a Pickup Truck for transportation to and from the work sites daily. • A high school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. • 2 to 4 years of Commercial or Residential building maintenance experience. • Clean background and drug free workplace. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, property managers and the general public and understand verbal and written instructions and other communications regarding work assignments, filing daily work orders and other matters. • Maintain a safe, clean and non-disruptive work area, able to work in a “Team” effort. • Ability to lift over 100lbs. • On call rotation is required.
