A Detail oriented individual with excellent Maintenance & Landscaping proficiency and a track record of providing outstanding craftsmanship. Someone who takes pride in their work. Requires the ability to be physically active and multi-task on a daily basis (M-F 6am-2pm plus possible overtime.) Not an apartment complex, so NO apartment turn overs. Responsibilities: • Inspect & maintain the common area including buildings, grounds & equipment. • Landscape & irrigation Maintenance. • Represent the company in a professional manner. • Ensuring a safe environment for fellow employees and residents. • Be available for after-hours emergencies. • Working alongside the property manager to contribute to the beauty and functionality of the community. Qualifications: • minimum 2 years Landscaping experience • minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance or industry-related field • Light-carpentry skills beneficial. • Excellent oral communication skills. • Irrigation systems experience. • Comfortable with heights & ladders. • Stucco & painting experience.
