Hello: We are a real estate company that manages rental homes and apartment buildings in Philadelphia. We are looking to hire a lead maintenance technician. The pay is $20-$25 per hour, and we have the option for either full time work (40 hours per week) or part time work (flexible based on when you are available). We are looking for someone who is reliable and who can work independently. The ideal candidate is someone who stays with us for a year or longer. You must have your own car or truck, and we will reimburse you for automobile expenses. Examples of the work include: apartment turnovers between tenants, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, installing vinyl floors, installing tile, minor plumbing like changing faucets and repairing pipes, minor electrical like changing outlets and light fixtures and running interior wires, light yard work, and helping out with other things around the buildings.
