We are a small but growing company looking to hire an experienced landscape crew leader for the fast approaching 2021 season. Must be hardworking and be a team player. Duties will include: Mowing, weed whacking, edging, mulching, pruning, flower installs etc. Experience using zero turn and walk behind mowers, string trimmers required. Drivers license necessary. Must live fairly close to zip 19047. This is not a cash job, full time payroll checks. Must be able to pass a drug test. Drug free environment. Please inquire within. Pay based on experience. We are always looking to hire additional people as we are in the process of growing. We are currently seeking applicants for our Crew Leader position. This role is being open for an immediate start with the plans of company growth. We’re looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The position requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision. You will be responsible for the laborers working for you and answering customer inquiries on-site and safely driving the crew, trailers, equipment, running materials, and daily maintenance of equipment such as checking oil and fueling. You should be an honest, hardworking person who has some friendly people skills. Communication and reliability are keys to your success with us. We use technology to track jobs and organize routes. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays reserved for rain days as needed. We also provide winter maintenance services, including snow plowing, salting, shoveling, and more. Potential for work through winter for the right person. Must have a valid PA Drivers license Must be able to pass a necessary DOT Health exam and Background Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be ready and willing to represent the company in a professional manner Must be comfortable driving trucks and trailers, including backing (NON-CDL) Must be prepared and at work on time as scheduled Must have good communication skills and necessary technology knowhow Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the basic life operational functions of climbing physically, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds minimum Experience is a plus, but you must be willing to learn our way *Snowplow experience is a PLUS* Job Types: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour based off experience
