CP Rankin Roof Management is hiring a full-time Lead Roofing Technician to join our team as a dependable leader for our crew while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Our Lead Roofing Technicians earn a competitive pay, depending on skills and experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD ROOFING TECHNICIAN The Lead Roofing Technician role, you are someone who is self-motivated and a dependable asset to our company. Utilizing your robust skillset in roof installation and repair, you keep our jobs running accurately, on time, and in adherence to all quality and safety standards. You are on time, arriving at least 15 minutes early, to set the job site up for success. You manage materials, and plan for the job ahead. You complete a variety of tasks including loading/unloading vehicles, taking trips to/from the job and dump sites, and ensure all vehicles are organized. You are dedicated to upholding all OSHA safety standards and regulations, and understand that the only high-functioning job site is a safe one! You are a person who leads by example, so working alongside your crew is something you enjoy doing every day. You emulate professionalism and model exceptional customer service and communication with clients and managers. You work hard to keep team morale up, focusing on working together to achieve the day's goals! QUALIFICATIONS 2 or more years of roofing experience preferred Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs., climbing 40 ft ladders, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods Can follow all safety procedures and reinforce procedures for others Mechanically-minded Willingness to work in extreme temperatures Current driver's license with an insurable driving record Able to pass background and drug screen
