**Grading, stump grinding, backyard clean up**

Backyard clearing/cleaning needed up 5 to 6ft past fence line. Please see pics included. Fence line/posts can be seen in pictures. Entire fence line across the backyard is 80-100ft. There is some debris and garbage along with several stumps that need to be ground/burned. All debris must be hauled away, NOT thrown in the woods. Offer is $500 flat rate. Fence has not been completed, therefore, the yard is accessible anytime of day from the front of the home.
