Each person starts from the basics and has the same chance for unlimited potential with income, but it must be earned with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to be coached and trained. Everyone starts at $13 an hour through training. Once the training is underway the pay increases are up to you! With bonuses, commute pay, and "FREE" time awarded weekly, some team members that have been here over a year make upwards of $19 an hour.
