A large property management group is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to assist with residential turnovers and maintenance. DUTIES: -Turning units for new tenants -Assisting with work orders -Painting and drywall repair -Fixing/installing light fixtures -Installing new appliances -Basic cleaning/ janitorial duties and upkeep of the grounds MUST HAVES: -2 years of maintenance experience -Experience with light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry -Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines -Detailed-oriented and organized JOB DETAILS: -Rate : $20 p/h -Typical work week from 8 am - 4:30 pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required.
