1. painting of 2 rooms +1 accent bedroom wall, and interior doors and baseboards
2. Install Vanity and sink/ hang shower door install (non sliding)
3. Flooring in closets - 160sqft
4. Light fixtures - preassembled just need to be hung (approx 10 ) and 1 ceiling fan
5. tv mounting 4 TVs (45-55inches) 1 tv is 65inches
6. Remove existing mailbox and Cement new mailbox post
