We keep a fast pace and the work is very physical... but in exchange we pay well... the best match is a person who currently outworks everyone on their team Pay is based on the work output of the team... so the more we get done in a day the more we are paid for the day... the target is $20 an hour at a fast pace... the best day ever was $28 and the worst day ever was $14... we work as a team and if anyone is slacking it effects everyones pay.. so the team expects you to give your best... We install plants, prune, mulch, drainage and etc... but we do not mow. Mowing is a vacation compared to the work we do... we work everyday it does not rain including weekends We are a family owned business that focuses on providing high quality service to upscale residential customers in Cary, NC. We are the highest customer rated landscaper in our area. Requirements : -install trees and shrubs -install mulch -prune shrubs -drainage -ability to show up on time everyday due to the physical nature of the job and the frequent need to lift heavy items over a high sided trailer the candidate needs to be at least 5' 10" tall and weigh more than 180 lbs to be able to do the work... this comes from a decade of experience In simple terms I am looking for someone that I do not have to train, shows up every scheduled day on time and works hard all day long.
