Rehoming Needed - Older bonded pair, pit mixes

Trying to do what’s best for my 11 & 12 year old pit mixes. They’re a bonded pair that have been together since they were 1 & 2. Having to sell my home and moving into a condo on a second floor. Feel guilty taking them from a home and having a yard to living in a condo, especially upstairs as they are aging. Haven’t had issues with them around other dogs. Haven’t spent much time around small children or other house pets, but they are both very sweet.
