The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for a Groundskeeper/Porter to start ASAP. Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities: · Keep Common Areas and Grounds free of debris · Groundskeeper must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. · Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems. · Assist with snow removal as requested by supervisor. · Provide residents with outstanding customer service. · Groundskeeper may be asked to pressure wash, use paint spray guns, etc. Groundskeeper Requirements: · At least 6 months of multi-family experience · Reliable transportation required · Willing to submit to a background check · The ability to safely lift 40 pounds For 40 years now, we have been placing some of the top employees across the nation and our award-winning reputation is one of the main reasons the top employers choose to hire us when they are seeking employees.
