Express Employment Professionals is seeking a qualified, full time, permanent Line Supervisor for a Food Production Facility located in Orlando! These will be a full time, long term position with an established and growing employer in Florida! Job Details; - $14.00/HR Starting Pay! - Full Time, Permanent Position! - Monday - Sunday (Will have 2 days off per week, must be able to work weekends) - 1st and 2nd Shift (Must be able to work both shifts!) Job Duties; - Ensure all activities performed by direct/indirect reports are conducted with attention to Food Safety, Quality, and appropriate regulatory requirements. - Train and assess production personnel with strong emphasis on continuous improvement. - Promote safety through procedures, SOP’s, and established company policies. Job Requirements; - Must have 1-3 years of food production experience! - Must have leadership/supervising experience! - Must be able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment!
