We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join us and if you’re interested ***please send your resumé now***! As a primary role, you will prepare product for outbound shipments. Position Shift and Schedule This is a full time permanent position working 8:30AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Position Responsibilities & Requirements > Work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift, both inside and outside. > Hand stack boxes of product weighing up to 65 pounds repetitively from floor to overhead throughout the duration of the shift. > Accurately pick products per sales order. > Use rolling ladder to pick boxes off second level racking. > Pick/repair/build pallets for freight orders. > Use hand tools and power tools to build/repair pallets, repair cases, adjust racking and other warehouse/maintenance related tasks. > Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area. > Accurately receive and participate in organization of containers and smaller UPS orders. > Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties. > If you read this far down and have been paying close attention (which our shipping associate will need), feel free to mention “Violins rock” in your application email… might serve as extra credit as we review your application! :) Basic qualifications You must be 18 years or older and must have a high school diploma or equivalent Position Compensation The starting rate of pay for this position is $13.50 per hour, with the possibility of higher compensation based on experience. This comes with an attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO after first year, etc).
