Seeking skilled contractors. We are looking for skilled contractors who have experience in all aspects of property renovation/rehab. You MUST have experience in drywall, roofing, painting, gutters, flooring ect. You must also be able to complete small electrical and plumbing repairs. Must have basic tools of the trade. Commercial Renovation experience is a plus. This job is not for those seeking laborer positions. We are only hiring those that have experience and can complete assigned tasks with little to no supervision. You must work well with others and be able to follow directions. We have tons of work in both residential and commercial industry so this is a great opportunity for those looking to stay busy all year round.
