South Coast SolarClean is a small family owned business looking for an full time experienced cleaning technician that will be reasonable for preforming solar panel cleaning, rain gutter cleanings, window cleanings and other small repair or installation work around a home or business. The majority of the work will be conduced on roofs or from tall ladders so all applicants must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders. Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour with possibility of advancement Job Requirements: Must have your own vehicle for transportation too and from the job Be punctual and professional Comfortable on and have experience with climbing ladders/heights Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in English Be willing and able to travel/work in the following areas: all of Orange and Long Beach County, South LA County, Most of Riverside County, North San Diego County *Having your own tools is a plus but not required Previous Experience A Plus: Solar panel cleaning or installation Residential/Commercial window cleaning Gutter installation Pressure washing Roofing background Construction background Handyman background
