Janitorial Worker Brandon, FL Part-time Salary: $10.00 to $11.50 /hour Full Job Description Company: JDA COMMERCIAL SERVICES LLC Location: Brandon, FL Position: Cleaner needed! Janitorial/Custodial Commercial Cleaning, Part-time Immediately hiring. This is not seasonal or temporary! We are a Commercial Cleaning Company with 20 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company and are looking for hardworking, motivated, and reliable candidates. Requirements: Candidate will undergo a criminal background screen Candidate must be able to work alone or in a team Candidate must be physically capable of completing job duties, on feet for entire shift Experienced cleaners preferred but will train a person who is the right fit. Job Duties: General cleaning: scrubbing, disinfecting, polishing Sweeping Mopping Removing Trash Vacuuming and Sweeping Floors Dust and Damp Mopping Cleaning and Disinfecting Surfaces Cleaning and Polishing Furniture Cleaning and Disinfecting Bathrooms ****The current position available is an part-time position. The applicant must have morning availability from 5:45 am-7:45/8am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You also must be available for the evening hours of 5 pm-11 pm Monday-Sunday. Daily schedule varies and will be discussed during interview (Wednesday & Sunday are non-negotiable and you must be available for the hours posted). *** You must have your own form of transportation.
