Description

Tractor Operator (Kubota) for a busy marina, moving small and large boats. Will be working outdoors. Person is responsible for providing superior care and service to Members and their vessels at all times. Tractor, mechanical, electrical, plumbing skills helpful. Property maintenance. Ideal position for retired military. The physical demands of this job include extreme outside conditions including heat, rain and cold weather. Because this job requires both physical and mental demands, the person for this job is required to work well under all conditions and to possess a high level of common sense skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Clean driving record. This is a part-time position, weekends only.
