CEACich Aquatics, Inc. is a social organization that seeks to educate, connect, and promote the efforts of aquatic life enthusiasts across the state of Iowa. Ichthyology (the branch of zoology that deals with fishes), limnology (the study of the biological, chemical, and physical features of lakes and other bodies of fresh water) and marine biology (the scientific study of organisms in the ocean or other marine bodies of water) are at the cornerstone of hobbyists efforts. We seek to understand the environmental needs of aquatic life forms, approximate those conditions in artificial settings such as an aquariums or paludariums, then breed or propagate aquatic species for the development of a sustainable hobby.
