Looking for producer partner

Meets

Rancho Cucamonga CA

Description

I'm a 30-year old producer, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, piano, bass), and I am looking for a like-minded producer/engineer/musician who is interested in meeting as often as possible in order to create music at a fast pace, shop it out to multiple outlets for sync licensing, and take on clients for any audio-related projects. I have been a musician all my life, and have years of experience as a performer, teacher, session musician, recording engineer, producer, etc. I've been in music education for the last 10 years. I am currently employed as a music teacher at a local elementary school, and as an audio engineering instructor at a local high school. I have private students on guitar, bass, and piano that I teach weekly, and when there isn't a pandemic, I perform regularly with the two bands I am in, and as a solo guitarist. Over the years, I've acquired a lot of recording equipment and turned my house into a studio. In those years, I've worked with dozens of artists, put in thousands of hours behind my DAW, and I am confident that I can consistently deliver a professional quality sound, regardless of genre or instrumentation. The genres I prefer to work on are: funk, reggae, prog rock, jazz, and some alternative rock, but I've worked on many styles of music, including metal, video game soundtracks, complex orchestral arrangements, and acoustic albums. I would prefer NOT to work on: top 40 country, trap/hip-hop, death metal, or bubble gum pop, but I'm looking to make the leap into full-time music production, so if there are immediate opportunities for work in those genres, I would be open-minded. I'm lucky enough to be able to pay my bills with music-related work, but my true passions are producing and recording, and I would love a partner to geek out on gear with, bounce ideas off of, and hopefully make some money in the process. If any of this sounds interesting at all to you, shoot me an email, we can swap portfolios, discuss goals, etc.
