Pioneer Land Services is an established Landscape/Hardscape company, we have been in business for over 30 years, and our customers keep us very busy. Looking to hire experienced landscapers/hardscapers. We are willing to train motivated individuals with positive “can do” attitudes. Must have valid, insurable driver's license, our insurance agency will determine whether your driver’s license is insurable based on your BMV report. (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) Shop located on the Southside of Indianapolis. Duties and work include; Installing detailed landscape plans Landscape maintenance (we do not mow grass) Trimming, pruning and mulching Installing hardscapes and pavers Driving trucks with trailers We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic We offer very competitive pay. Starting wage is $17.00 skilled candidates with above average qualifications and job performance shall be paid accordingly Overtime is available, but not required, overtime pay is time and a half Pay is weekly 90 day work evaluation, for possible higher pay, paid vacation after one year of continuous employment with good attendance records, and opportunity for advancement Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Must be a safe driver with valid driver's license and have an acceptable BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) report.
