We do hardscape and need to develop a couple of guys dedicated to do the demo. We have jobs with small buildings that need to come down. Awnings that need to come down. Also concrete slabs and walls that need to be broken up and to be hauled away.
You'll need to be able to lift 50 lbs minimum. Swing a sledge hammer etc.
As time permits you'll be able to learn how to install Turf and pavers.
