Position requires a USCG 6-Pack Captains license and up to date first aid certification. A bit about us, our company is called Everything But Fish Adventures (EBF Adventures) offering pretty much that. We offer wakeboarding, tubing, kneeboarding, dolphin tours (inside the pass), crab island stops, and island exploring In the sound. The trips are 2-8 hours and we won’t book over an 8 hour day unless the captain approves. We require 5 days a week of availability and weekends are a must. If you would like to work more than 5 days, that is fine too. The pay is $30/hour for the trip duration plus tips which we encourage to be 20% of the price. You will be responsible for trailering the boat, fueling the boat, getting ice every morning, picking up the clients on time, making sure they have reviewed the safety videos for the desired activity, double checking the waivers have all been signed, the safety of all clients, making just weather calls, immediately reporting any damage to equipment or boat issues, and cleaning the boat and equipment every night. You will have last say if you feel the client is incapable of safely riding any towable regardless of the reason to ensure safety for everyone. We have parameters in place for each watersports activity to minimize risk and keep our clients and crew safe at all times, which we will go over. Water-sports experience is preferred but not required although, if you don’t have any experience we would like for you to learn so you can easily teach the clients when they have questions.
