Family friendly, rewarding culture who puts our team members first!Experience is required, however,  Maid Right will provide full, professional grade training to all new hires.Candidates should have the following:Reliable transportation to the officeSome cleaners will have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle they can use for workAbility to pass a background checkSmart phone with internet accessMaid Right of Charlotte has openings and can hire immediately.We look forward to hearing from you!ESSENTIAL DUTIES:• Maintain an appearance and demeanor consistent with the MAID RIGHT image• Communicate with the Quality Assurance Manager/Regional Office to accept new jobs, provide feedback on current jobs, etc. • Clean homes to the quality level of the MAID RIGHT brand• Inspect your own and your teams work in customers' homes to ensure it is complete, thorough and meets MAID RIGHT quality standards and meets or exceeds customers' expectations• Ensure that customers' houses are locked and secure upon leaving• Ensure the proper and safe handling of customers' keys• Ensure that you always properly care for customers' property• Document and resolve all problems, suggestions or customer comments, hazards, injuries, safety violations, breakage, damage, etc.• Fulfill all the essential functions of a CleanerPrincipals only.
