HIRING NOW!!!!! Full time position with year round employment. Regular work week starts at 7:00 am daily Monday through Friday. Work starts and ends at the shop located near Crown Point and East Independence. Work starts immediately. Saturday work is sometimes required, but the extra hours are great for stashing away extra money. What you will need to bring to work everyday... * a team player mindset * a can do attitude * your own transportation to and from work * a valid driver's license Expected skills that you will need to be paid the starting wage of $15 an hour; you will be required to: DRIVE safely a company box truck or a truck and 16 foot trailer during the work day. OPERATE with SKILL a variety of mowers, both walk-behind and stand-on, and Echo hand held equipment. If you can both drive and have lawn care skills, you will start at $15 an hour. If you can safely operate a truck and trailer (including backing up), but have no professional lawn care experience and are willing to be trained, your starting pay will be $14. A helper who can mow professionally, but does not drive starts @ $13. You will be vetted as to your skill level and your compensation level before you leave the shop on your first day. Exceptional work ethic and significant contribution to GreensKeepers' success will be rewarded within 30 days with a raise of an additional dollar ($1) an hour. A "Positive Performance Review" every 90 days thereafter will result in greater earned compensation. Pay is based on your SKILLS, the more you know, the more you will be paid. More money for irrigation skills; more money if you can operate a trailer-mounted 200 gallon sprayer. More money if you have a valid pesticide applicator license. Some Saturday work may be necessary due to special projects or bad weather during the week.
