Established management company seeking part time maintenance technician for apartment homes in Hurricane WV. This would be a position for approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are flexible on hours and days of week that are worked. Duties to include light carpentry, some grounds keeping, minor painting, maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs and light cleaning. Some on call duties required. Strong communication skills needed for effective communication with residents and staff. Salary is based upon experience. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
