We guarantee 40 hours of pay for working three 12 hour shifts per week! Must be 21 and insurable to drive a company vehicle. Moxie Pest Control is BOOMING in Oklahoma City, and we are very excited to be looking for several phenomenal men and women to join our Field Expert Service Team! No prior pest hunting experience required. We have a great group of hardworking Field Experts, and we are very excited to add more people to our team. We work hard to provide the best possible customer experience, and we're looking for people who hold themselves to a high standard and deliver consistently great service. We are looking for fun and positive individuals, because we all spend a lot of time together and we prefer to be around awesome people. The job will send you to customer's homes to analyze and solve their pest problems. Being out in the field can be tough, so we try to make the job as stress free and fun as possible. We also try to have as many BBQ's and other events as possible. As a Field Expert you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months you will learn the art of pest warfare. Your training will teach you how to identify and destroy the different bugs and rodents that try and invade the homes of our customers. Once you are in the field you are able to set yourself apart by performing thorough, detailed services. In pest control, results show, and we reward results! -Full time - High school education or GED required, college experience is a plus.
