Very small popcorn ceiling repair

Description

The popcorn texture in a small room (about 6x9) is damaged. Part of it has separated from the ceiling, and some of it has some mold damage. I don't need the entire ceiling redone, but I would like it repaired. This is a small job and can easily be done in a single visit without an estimate. I would be happy to take more measurements or photos.
