Sealcoating Foreman Salary - $18 - $25 an hour based on experience and ability. Job Requirements: Experience in spray and brush application Valid driver’s license Availability to work 40+ hours per week, weekends, and non-routine hours, with minimal absences. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. Ability to comprehend, retain, and give instructions. Ability to lift/carry on a regular basis 50-90lbs personally. Maintain constant alertness to the multiple activities on the job site including equipment, co-workers, and traffic. Constant physical effort including lifting, standing, shoveling, or walking, and in extreme weather conditions. Ability to maintain, inspect and clean asphalt sealing equipment and tools. Job Duties: Preparing parking lots and driveways for sealcoating and crack filler. Consistent in delivering a clean uniform, application of sealer, free of overspray and defects. Applying Hot tar crack filler Operate commercial equipment such as bobcat with various attachments, (millers, brooms, jack hammer) rollers and other equipment. Proactively identify needs, problems, and opportunities. Maintain a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and meet company standards. Maintenance of equipment
