Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: • General cleaning/minor maintenance of the building. • Sweep and mop floors. • Dust, wipe, and clean multi-surfaces. • Clean and stock common areas, bathrooms, laundry room, office. Cleaning of building perimeter and parking levels. • Trash removal Ideal candidates must be punctual, reliable and a team player. Must pass a back ground check. Uniforms are provided.
