Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The primary activity will be fulfilling orders from our online store with the ultimate goal to process orders quickly and efficiently: - Print packing slips from website - Assemble shipping boxes using a tape gun - Carefully pick product for orders from pallet storage - Pack products into shipping boxes while adding appropriate filler - Weigh boxes and select best shipping option from website based on delivery speed and cost - Print shipping label, tape box, and apply shipping label - Stack outbound orders on pallet in an organized manner - Use hand truck to bring pallets to loading dock for pick up - Communicate with UPS and USPS for the packages to be picked up You will also be responsible for assisting in receiving incoming deliveries and inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities. You must have a good eye for detail and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs). You will also be asked to use a pallet jack for this activity (this is not a fork lift). Expected work days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Candidate must have: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to use a computer - Ability to lift heavy objects - Ability to work in a loud environment - Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
