WE ARE HIRING FOR A WAREHOUSE POSITION! - A WAREHOUSE WORKER/ FORKLIFT OPERATOR FOR OUR ELIZABETH, NJ WAREHOUSE PAY RATE: $14.00-$18.00 (TBD) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Operating a forklift on a daily basis, safely and responsibly to move large crates containing glass (Bus Windshields/ side windows ) between warehouses. •General warehouse operations, load and unload trucks, shipping and receiving, movement of material (GLASS PRODUCTS), and dock labor. •Packing daily outgoing LTL & Ground orders •Putting away glass/ parts in correct designated racks in warehouse •Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse •Unloading/receiving all OTR deliveries •Pulling and staging orders for each company delivery truck •Double checking all loads and orders for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Previous warehouse experience is preferred • Able to lift 75-85 pounds consistently daily • Ability to stand, bend, twist, climb and reach throughout complete shift • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to load, unload and sort packages, as well as perform other related duties. • Positive attitude and team player • Must be reliable & have daily transportation to our warehouse in Elizabeth • 2-3 Years forklift experience is preferred, but not required (You must be comfortable driving the forklift moving large crates containing glass regularly.) PHYSICAL DEMANDS In performing the job of A Warehouse worker/ Forklift Operator (BUS GLASS) one must stand and walk for extended periods of time.
