I have a practice room that I'm willing to share! This is ideal for individual practice as opposed to a band. Looking for a trustworthy, respectful and responsible adult. It's a small 10x10 room, and I'm looking for someone who doesn't need to store (much) equipment. Ideal for a drummer (you can play my kit). I am paying a larger portion of rent for my storage. Currently, the room is shared among 4 people and we have room for a 5th starting April or May. First and last month's rent upfront ($130) Please tell us about yourself and your ideal practice schedule! We will work around it. Studio 52 has plans of moving to Harvard St. in Allston sometime this year. Plans are up in the air, but I'll be sure to keep you posted.
