We are currently looking for crew leads who have skill and experience in the construction trade with supervisory experience and the desire to take on the responsibility as lead man. These are full-time positions in the Neenah/Appleton area. Wages will depend upon experience. Veterans encouraged to apply. MUST HAVES: * Ahigh school diploma or equivalent; any advanced education is a plus * A valid driver’s license * experience working with hand and power tools * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Be highly motivated, a self-starter and a quick learner * Work well independently and as a team member * Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to details * Good communication skills * The ability to direct and supervise a crew of workers (for crew leader position) * The ability to be friendly, kind and respectful to our customers Please contact Bernie at (920) 475-9868 for further information.
