Must be able to paint & be reliable, with your own transportation. 3 buildings need painting. Front door on house needs sanding & paint. Need dirt dumped in holes where bushes were taken out. Install new shutters. I have pressure washer coming on Tues, so i need work to begin on Wed. Carports must be painted first so tenants can move their stuff back.
