Maintenance/Janitorial Technician Full time position. Seeking a reliable, skilled maintenance/custodial technician to join our experienced 4-person staff in maintaining a Squirrel Hill area high rise 144-unit condo building. Starting wage $14.00 per hr. (negotiable, depending on experience) plus medical benefits and paid time off. Must be: Over 18 years old All ages, including older job-seekers are encouraged to reply. Must be BONDABLE, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass DRUG TEST. Prefer at least one year of experience Our ideal candidate is: • Dependable • People-oriented • Adaptable/flexible • Detail-oriented Pay: $14.00 per hour, or open to negotiation depending on experience. Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (8-hour shift) + occasional weekends.
