Leona is a 3 year old female pit bull we found at a park. We were always meant to find her a home but my husband and I fell in love with her instantly. We’re not sure what Leona has been through before us but she is a very anxious pup around other dogs. We know the kindest thing for us to do is rehome her. My husband and I are currently self fostering her and working with an animal rescue to help her to overcome her anxieties. However we want Leona to be in a trigger free home so this means NO other pets. We had a 3 year old male pit already when we found her and it’s been a stressful experience. Leona is an extremely affectionate pup and she’ll ALWAYS want to be with you. She loves kids because they’re always running around. When she looks at you, you see all the love and gratitude in the world. She is spayed and up to date with her shots. All we want is for her to go to a loving home with responsible people. I’ve attached photos of her the day we found her and pictures of today. Please be willing to visit and gain her trust before her going home with you.
