Foodstamps do not exist for deaf homeless people

I guess biden revised everything for the wealthy only. Im homeless and deaf and am not eligable for ssi couse i don't make enough money. I've tried several times to put this online foodstamps app in and nothing not one e mail back and the 3 apps i put in are being totaly ignored. The office is closed and on the door it says call a phone number but i can't call couse im deaf. But just yesterday i saw a guy in the store with a suit and tie driving a new corvet wearing a 2 lbs gold necklase a gold rolex watch and he pulled out a foodstamp card to buy his groceries. So this shows me only the rich get foodstamps just like this relief check only people with money get one couse i never got one.
