Description
Looking for a responsible and experienced self managed and independent person to oversee maintenance of equipment and yard space for a busy service company. We currently have 5 large trucks in our fleet and multiple small pieces of equipment. The duties are as follow (this is not a complete or exhaustive list):
1. Dump trucks at the end of each day, daily
2. Fuel trucks daily and check/create/monitor maintenance schedule (greasing, oil changes, etc.)
3. Clean all equipment at least 2X monthly.
4. Weed whack and mow areas bi-weekly at both base yards (one approximately 5000 sq ft yard and another approximately 2 acre yard
5. throw out accumulated trash from crews at both yards.
6. sharpen all equipment and perform basic maintenance and repairs on small equipment as needed
7. organize and monitor trucks and small equipment for all crews.
8. Create grease and maintenance schedule for all equipment
9. Report and coordinate larger repair work orders as needed
10. order parts and track repairs as needed
Hours are Monday - Friday 2PM - 6PM. Must have reliable transportation, experience and excellent references. Pay is negotiable for the right person.
